How we can help
At Bramble Nutrition we are experienced in caring for a broad range of diet related conditions such as
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (first line and low FODMAP diet
Inflammatory Bowel Disease e.g. Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis
Unintentional weight loss
Neurological conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and post stroke
Please note we can not see people with eating disorders or those under 16 years old. Those 16-18 years old must attend with a parent or guardian.
How does it work?
We offer a 60 minute appointment for new clients and follow up appointments based on your specific needs. Appointments can be face to face, virtual or via telephone.
This will be ample time to become acquainted with your needs and allow a bespoke nutritional care plan to be developed. We will provide you with clear information on moving forward whilst ensuring nutritional adequacy.
How much will it cost?
£95 for an initial appointment (60 minutes)
£75 for a 45 minute follow up appointment
£55 for a 30 minute follow up appointment
£30 for a 15 minute follow up appointment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. An invoice will be sent to your email address or your smart phone prior to your session.
The remainder of your fee will be taken using credit a card reader at the end of the session or an invoice can be sent . Once the final balance has been received you will receive your nutritional care plan and resources.
Please phone or text Bramble Nutrition 7 days before the appointment if you would like to rearrange your appointment.
If you are unwell please give a minimum of 24 hours notice otherwise you will be liable for the full cost of the consultation.
Hours of Work:
I currently have limited hours of work. My working days are Tuesday.

Our offices are located in the heart of Bishops Stortford. There is no parking on site however there are four carparks located near by

- Northgate End Car Park (6min walk)
- Station Car Park (8min walk)
There is a step up to the front door and the office and toilet is located on the first floor ( there is no lift).

Who are we?
Since graduating from Robert Gordon’s University over 20 years ago with a BSc Nutrition and Dietetics, I have gained experience in a variety of medical and surgical specialities within the NHS.
I am HCPC registered, have a PG Dip in Advanced Dietetic Practice and am a member of the British Dietetic Association and the Freelance Dietetic group.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and have a passion for music.
